Being in season means you have less time than any other time of the year. Keeping this 15 minute routine in your bag will help you stay in rhythm and continue to get better.
All of the drills will have a specific number of shots to take, and the final drill will have a time constraint.
You can do this alone, however, we do suggest grabbing a partner and repping these shots out either before or after practice.

Shoot (15) one dribble pull-up jumpers going around the arc and then back in the opposite direction.
The goal here is to make 10+ shots in each direction.
Shoot (10) lateral one dribble pull-up jumpers going around the arc and then back in the opposite direction.
The goal here is to make 7+ shots in each direction.
Make (8) shots from the Five Major Spots (corner, wing, top, wing, corner)
You will shoot (1) shot in each direction until you’ve made that shot.
Shot #1: One dribble forward right hand
Shot #2: One dribble forward left hand
Shot #3: One dribble lateral right hand
Shot #4: One dribble lateral left hand
Shot #5: Backpedal catch and shoot
Shot #6: Backpedal catch and shoot
Shot #7: Stationary catch and shoot
Shot #8 Stationary catch and shoot
Total of 40 Makes
Make (6) Lifts and Drifts from the Corner and Wing on both the right and left side of the court
12 Total Makes
Shoot (6) two dribble four step pull-up jumpers either from the slots or from the elbows.
Shoot as many catch and shoot shots as possible in (1) minute from a spot that you shoot consistently from in the game.
The goal here is to make as many as possible and then for every time you complete the drill afterwards, you want to make as many as you did the last time or improve.
We should see the same score or better each time you do this drill.
