Part 1: Quick turn into a foot replacement. (2 minutes each way)
Part 2: Quick turn & split catch into a one dribble pull-up. (2 minutes each way)
Part 3: Shimmy, shifting weight left-right into a right left pull up. (2 minutes each way)
Part 4: Start back to the basket, turn as pass is thrown into a split-catch, punch drag/ foot replacement pull up. (10 makes)
Part 5: Sprint to curl, momentum catch, into a one dribble pull-up. (10 makes)
Part 6: Lift into a momentum catch, left-right or right-left into a pull up, back pedal to the next spot. (10 makes).
