Swing Step by DJ Sackmann. This private training workout focuses on the breakdown of a hand exchange. This is a very advanced movement.

It’s a great warmup for higher level players but can be extended into a full training session for players struggling with these movements.

Part 1. Crossover Elbow with high pickup.

5 Makes Right Elbow. 5 Makes Left Elbow.

Part 2. In-Out with High pickup at the nail

5 Makes to the left. 5 Makes to the right

Part 3. Nail attacks with the outside hand. Crossover to attack unoccupied space at the block.

5 Makes right hand. 5 Makes left hand.
