There are six levels of scoring in the game of basketball:
– Level 1: At the Rim
– Level 2: Touch Shots and Floaters
– Level 3: Midrange Jumpers *covered today*
– Level 4: Traditional Three’s
– Level 5: Deep Three’s
– Level 6: Free Throw Line

Make (10) on right foot on the right and left elbow
Make (10) on left foot on the right and left elbow
Rep out holds until you get the feel of jumping high to shoot and then make (5) shots on each side.
Must be able to stop 1-2 and transfer that energy into your shot.
Make (5) going right and make (5) going left
Working on the ability to step laterally and pop off the ground
