Running Back Pick Up
– Start in the slot and attack the two cones.
– Once through the two cones, gather the ball with a running back pick up and finish at the rim.

(10) Makes Right

Behind the Back Pick Up
– Start in the slot and attack the staggered cones.
– Once past the second cone, punch the ball and finish across the lane on the other side of the basket.

(10) Makes Left
Behind the Head Pick Up
– Start at the top of the key and attack the two cones.
– Once through the two cones, gather the ball with a behind the head pickup and finish at the rim.
