- Fight in the post
- Sneak from behind when vision is lost
- Be the first to the ball
Level 3 Scoring:
- Get off the ground quickly
- Rise above the defense
Level 4 Scoring:
- Get off the ground quickly
- Lower set point for more power
- Focus on flow
Assists from Level 4:
- Passes open up from defense respecting shot
- If they don’t respect shot they can go under screens/sag off
- This can result in less driving/passing opportunities
