Shooting Step Back

Isolation Moves

Shooting Step Back with DJ Sackmann. This Isolation Move takes us through a step back with shoulder engagement. Highly effective move to bump defender before getting into your step back because the engagement gives you added momentum into your action while simultaneously creating disengagement.

Shooting – Create Separation with this step back move.
